Late cancellations and non-attendance at booked appointments have an impact on myself, other clients, and the business. Once you have booked an appointment it means that I have reserved time in my schedule exclusively for you.
Cancellation with notice:
To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled through your online booking portal, by emailing email@example.com or calling the clinic on 02 6686 2202. Please speak clearly leaving your name and contact number.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be reminded about the cancellation policy by email and a fee will not be charged. On the second instance, an invoice requesting 50% payment will be sent unless the appointment is subsequently filled. Until this is settled, no further appointments can be made.
Cancellation with no notice (non-attendance):
Should you fail to attend an appointment without any notification at all, an email will be sent the following day requesting 50% payment in the first instance. In the second instance 100% payment will be required.
In both instances, no further bookings can be made until these payments are settled.
Cancellations/non-attendance will not be charged a cancellation fee in the case of a medical or family emergency or being sick.
If you cannot make it to your appointment for these reasons, please notify me.
